How to use it

  1. Enter the two device addresses and the subnet mask in use.
  2. If they're on the same subnet, they can reach each other directly and BACnet broadcasts will find each other.
  3. If not, traffic needs a router — and BACnet/IP discovery will need a BBMD or foreign device registration.
  4. The network and broadcast addresses are shown so you can sanity-check the range with IT.
